Arcachon Town and the Ville d'Hiver
Arcachon's winter quarter — the Ville d'Hiver, perched on the ridge above the main town — contains some of the finest Belle Époque villa architecture in France, built for wealthy Bordelais seeking sea air in the 19th century. Return Transfers and Evening Programming
Evening programmes in the Cap Ferret area centre on La Co(o)rniche in Pyla-sur-Mer — the design hotel and restaurant perched above the bay at the southern end of the dune — and the informal terrace restaurants along the cap's bay side.
